What made you choose Guildhall Sales & Lettings?
The one thing that made me choose them more than anything else was that they had the properties which I was interested in. They had a reasonable selection, they took us to look around a couple and in the end we chose one which was best for us.
What makes Guildhall Sales & Lettings different?
I’ve been with a few estate agents over the years, three or four over the last 10 years when I’ve moved houses for various reasons, so I’ve had quite a bit of experience with different estate agents, and Guildhall Sales & Lettings do stand out as being particularly good.
Who were your go to members of the team?
I couldn’t choose any one member of the team that helped me most, they were all fabulous and all really good to work with.
What three words come to mind when you think of Guildhall Sales & Lettings?
- Friendly
- Efficient
- Happy – I was very happy with the result and I was very happy with the property I stayed in.
In 20 seconds, tell us the benefits of renting through Guildhall Sales & Lettings?
From start to finish I had a really good experience with them. They helped us find a place, they were really good once we moved into it, and as and when there were any issues with the property, they were very quick to get them fixed. It was a joy to work with them!
What would you rate us out of 10?
The mark I would give Guildhall Sales & Lettings out of 10 is a solid 10. They were really good to work with from start to finish and I would definitely use them again. I would also recommend them to family and friends if they were looking to find somewhere in Preston in particular, they have been really good to me.
