Lauren joined Guildhall as a young Lettings Negotiator in 2006 after a brief stint at Farrell Heyworth. Despite still being the baby face of the office, she runs a tight ship and makes sure all of our landlords are kept happy. As well as preparing rental valuations and negotiating contract renewals, she’s also a fountain of knowledge for prospective landlords looking for advice on their next investment.
Gillian has been with us for 3 years and offers a wealth of knowledge in the rental market. Trained and fully capable of all roles and responsibilities within the company. She is usually the 1st contact between us and potential tenants and therefore the face of Guildhall.
Katy has an abundance of experience in the property industry – she trained initially as a surveyor before working as an Estate Agent for 11 years including a period working for a Property Investment Company for London clients. She has an HNC in Land Administration and has studied Property Agency & Surveying. If you are looking for new investments, Katy is a good place to start!

You will need to provide 3 months payslips, proof of any other income, and a copy of your passport.
Once we have received the forms back they will be reviewed, and providing we have everything we need to successfully process the application, you will be asked to put a holding deposit down equivalent to 1 weeks rent. This will secure the property for you for up to 28 days. Your tenancy must be in a position to begin by the end of the 28 day holding period.
The holding deposit is deducted from the balance due upon check in.
