We love chatting with our clients and up next in our ‘Catching up with our clients’ series is Joanne Griffith.
Guildhall Sales & Lettings have worked with Joanne for 15 years, a relationship which began all the way back in 2007 when we met at one of her properties on Waterloo Road in Preston.
To this day we still let that property for Joanne, one of ten which we have worked on together.

What made you choose Guildhall Sales & Lettings?
I chose Guildhall Sales & Lettings as they had empathy and support for my situation at that time and they went out of their way to help me move my houses over and they did something which they didn’t normally do, but they did that for me, to help me.
What makes Guildhall Sales & Lettings different?
For me what makes them different than other agencies on the market place is their professionalism, they are very approachable, they are very friendly and they are very supportive, and I think they stand out from the others.
Who are your go to members of the team?
I would go to Gillian for anything to do with the properties that needed something doing, fixing or mending, to make communication with the tenant should we need it. I would also speak to Lauren for anything to do with administration or to do with the rentals.
Which of our landlord packages have you used?
I’ve used two packages with Guildhall Sales & Lettings. The Fully Managed Letting Service and the Ultimate Guaranteed Income Scheme.
Which of our landlord packages do you prefer?
I actually prefer the Ultimate Guaranteed Income Scheme, as it brings me the security of the rental coming in each month, it allows you to budget, it works with my finances and you get a competitive rate and competitive offer from the girls in the office and it works for me.
In 20 seconds, tell us what benefits landlords have using Guildhall?
Their knowledge, their efficiency, I like their friendliness, they are very supportive, nothing is too much trouble, they are very approachable, and if I call up for anything at all, they will find a way to solve a problem and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to somebody else.

I would give Guildhall Sales & Lettings 10 out of 10 for my experience with them.
